‎1910 “This charming Edwardian bungalow features a bellcast hip roof and a full open front verandah with square columns. Originally built for John S.D. Thompson, it was later acquired by Dr. Laurence Broe, the first doctor in Hammond, who built the larger adjacent house as his residence, while retaining this building as his office. It was later used as a rooming house.”
